NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the City of Centralia Utilities Office located at 1100 North Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531 up to but no later than 4:00 pm on the 12th day of May, 2017 for purchase of the following surplus vehicle:
1985 International Harvester Trolley
All proposals must be submitted on the form furnished by the City in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Trolley”. $6,000.00 minimum bid. Each bidder is required to provide a cashiers check made out to the City of Centralia in the total amount of their bid prior to the bid opening.
The City reserves the right to reject any/or all bids or waive any informalities, if the best interest of the City will be better served thereby.
Bid documents may be obtained from the City of Centralia Utilities office, 1100 North Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531. Interested parties may view the Trolley from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 10th, 2017 at 2600 Reynolds Road, Centralia, Washington.
