Express Employment Professionals will be hosting a free leadership training class called Monday Morning Leadership. Reid Bates, the owner of Centralia, Olympia and Aberdeen Express offices, will be presenting the training and it is going to be a two part class held in our office on Tuesday, March 20th and 27th from 8AM to 10:30AM each day. This training class is open to any and all supervisors or managers who want to continually improve their leadership skills.
The Monday Morning Leadership training was developed to help managers build better relationships with employees, leading to higher retention and morale. The material
can help retain employees in two ways:
- It will help supervisors be better equipped to perform, leaving them more satisfied with their positions.
- It will help retain employees because supervisors are meeting their needs and leading more effectively.
Poor leadership and communication is one of the Top Five Threats Facing Businesses Today. According to Cottrell, “people quit people before they quit companies.” One common mistake made by companies is that they over-promote without taking into consideration the competencies required to make a good leader. This program offers insight into proper leadership training and development, which is vital for companies to maintain a productive and profitable workforce.
If you are interested in attending please RSVP by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know you will be attending. We will have a deadline of March 7th so we know how many books/workbooks to order and we will be delivering the books before the class so those attending would have some time to read ahead. This is a free resource and we will also be providing some light breakfast snacks and coffee.
In Addition, if you are a company that would prefer to host a presentation for your staff at your business location, contact us for more information. Express also offers 4 additional trainings for FREE!! We want to serve our community and constantly give back to the business professionals here.
Looking forward to a great year!
