CENTRALIA, Wash.- O’Keefe Development has broken ground on it’s 1.1 million-plus-square-feet grocery distribution project. Located at 4002 Galvin Road in the Port of Centralia’s Park I, the $100 million development is projected introduce 350 new jobs to the community.
Port of Centralia Commission President Julie Shaffley stated “The Port Commission would like to congratulate O’Keefe Development on moving forward with this project. In addition to the hundreds of well-paying jobs that it will create, it will also make significant contributions to our schools, roads and essential public services.”
Seattle-based O’Keefe Development acquired the 77-acre site from Benaroya Capital Company. Its past projects include RiverPoint Corporate Center in Tukwila and Normandy Park Town Center in Normandy Park.
