Food Waste Reduction, June 28; 6:00 – 7:30 PM, Fort Borst Park Kitchen #2, Centralia.  Food waste is a rising epidemic all over the world! The typical American family throws away 25 percent of the food they buy each month, wasting money, natural resources and landfill space. Food is the most thrown away item in our trash.  Learn how you can plan, buy and store your food properly so you do not contribute to the problem.
