MORTON – For a small business, reaching a large audience can be challenging, especially in rural areas like eastern Lewis County. Centralia College East is offering a two-hour workshop to introduce effective ways to put local businesses and organizations on the map through online marketing.
The workshop will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 10, and repeated from 6 to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Centralia College East (701 Airport Way, Morton). The cost is $35 for individuals or $50 for a two-person team representing a business or organization.
Participants will come away from the workshop knowing how to set up accounts with various websites and social media platforms, and start developing a marketing strategy to increase foot traffic.
