ARTrails Thanks Our Community

ARTrail Artists are filled with gratitude for our local community and our Sponsors, Patrons, Friends and Advertisers after this successful year. We could not have done this without you.

We had fantastic attendance at our Studios this year as our visitors watched art being made and bought lots of ART! We were especially pleased to see so many visitors from outside of Lewis County.

Lewis County and the Cities of Centralia and Chehalis have generously supported the vision and activities of ARTrails over the last 21 years. We thank them, as well as other communities over Lewis County, for their support of the arts. We look forward to our continuing and evolving relationships.

We also thank the many volunteers and businesses who have contributed to our annual events and our success over the past years. Their ongoing support has been a major factor in our success.

Additional information is available at our website: ARTrailsofSWW.org

Best Life Massage

As the leaves begin to change color and the air turns crisp, autumn presents a perfect opportunity to make positive changes in your life. This season, often associated with transformation, can serve as a powerful metaphor for personal growth and development.

Autumn is a time of transition, a period between the warmth of summer and the chill of winter. It’s a reminder that change is a natural part of life. Just as the trees shed their leaves to prepare for new growth, we too can let go of old habits, thoughts, and behaviors that no longer serve us, making room for new, healthier ones.

If Autumn inspires you to prioritize your physical and mental health, massage is a fantastic way to do that. I’m Leah, owner and Licensed Massage Therapist at Best Life Massage at 1611 N National in Chehalis. I would love to help you on your journey to better health.

I have openings available as soon as next week. Please look for me on Google or Facebook or call me at 360-506-7185 to book your appointment.

I’m going to embrace the spirit of autumn and use it as a catalyst for positive transformation. What changes do you want to make? What do you want to achieve?

Rainier Eye Myopia Control:

What is it and how can it help your children and grandchildren?

Myopia is another name for nearsightedness. As nearsighted children grow, their eyes grow longer, and it is common for their glasses prescription to get worse year after year. Myopia Control is a treatment option that can slow or stop the progression of nearsightedness in children.

The doctors at Rainier Eye have over 24 years of cumulative experience at helping children through myopia control. Myopia control is not a cure, but by slowing its progression, we can keep children from developing debilitating high levels of myopia and associated sight-threatening problems later in life.

If your child wears glasses or contacts for nearsightedness and you want to know what options exist to help them, please call our office or go online to www.RainierEye.com to schedule an appointment with Dr. Angela Loeb or Dr. Mary Ferris. We want to help them see their best!
