Five years ago, Nature Nurture Farmacy was officially formed as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit occupying a small space behind the library in Chehalis. That all changed with the Grand Reopening at its new downtown location. More room means more services, expanded products, and greater visibility. Executive Director and Founder Dr. Alicia Spalding was on hand with her staff and fans to officiate the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony provided by The Chamber. “It has been a whirlwind move that began the last weekend of April and opened May 1,” enthused Spalding. They now have three times the space allowing them to expand products such as offering 40 herbs to 75, adding two mental health counselors, and the Healing Heart Massage. “We were bursting at the seams in the old space,” noted Spalding. Now there is more room for educational services in addition to what has already been added. 

Spalding is a licensed naturopathic doctor specializing in herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, and mind-body connection. Her vision is to see Nature Nurture Farmacy become a model providing health and wellness services for future efforts in every county.
