Restored Event Venues and Hotel Rooms

Great venues become even greater when they offer the full range of options including unique event spaces, excellent hotel accommodations, fine dining, and proximity to parking and downtown activities. Neil White and his wife Jodi have purchased and rejuvenated several historic buildings within close proximity to each other in downtown Centralia.

These buildings offer a cluster of event sites that are unique, elegant, and affordable. The renovations are a stunning combination of refurbishing the spaces to their original era (1920s) while including modern conveniences – some of which are cleverly hidden in plain sight, such as the speaker system inside the Centralia Square ballroom. Even the hotel rooms have maintained much of the original features – such as push-button light switches and marble shower enclosures – while ensuring modern luxury accommodations.

The White’s own three buildings. The Aerie Ballroom at 219 South Tower offers seven event spaces within the facility: A 2800 square foot ballroom that can accommodate 300 guests, a beautiful antique bar space, the Studio Room for smaller groups that includes a kitchenette, and two VIP suites that ensure privacy for wedding parties as they prepare for the ceremony.

Centralia Square – located a short block from The Aerie at 202 Centralia College Blvd just off South Pearl. Centralia Square also features a 2800 square foot grand ballroom with catering kitchen, a full stage, an orchestra balcony, and a wood dance floor. In addition to the ballroom, Centralia also has a basement level space called The Speakeasy that accommodates 250 people, an outdoor terrace that includes an indoor bar, and a more intimate venue appropriately called The Living Room with fireplace, bar, and room for smaller seating.

In addition, Centralia Square boasts two of Centralia’s popular restaurants. Berry Field’s Café for breakfast and daytime meals and at night fine dining at The Branch restaurant.
