Riverside Golf Club and Bistro

Ace in the Hole for Events & Tournaments

Riverside Golf Club offers more than eighteen holes and 6155 yards of golf. They are also a year-round venue for events with six spaces available. Their rentals have been used for retirement parties, showers, holiday events, class reunions, memorial services, and along with their golf course for tournaments and fundraising events.

Their main building can be split into several different spaces and includes the entire lower floor that can be split in two halves serving either multiple parties or used for different functions of a singular event. For smaller parties there is a fireplace dining area that can also be partitioned from other activities taking place. Their Rooftop Bar is not only a popular bistro but can also be rented for special events and has an outdoor dining experience. As a special bonus, Catering Manager and bartender Ericka Pogue was recently honored as the 2023 Best Bartender in Lewis County, and is an example of the experienced staff at Riverside.

The Pavilion, which is an outdoor rental facility adjacent to the course, is active during high season for fundraisers, private parties, and corporate events. Riverside takes pride in organizing golf tournaments for clients. There are currently 20 tournaments booked for 2024, but they have room for more. Tournaments can be designed for as few as 24 players up to 160 full tournaments. “If you can dream it up we can make it happen,” said General Manager Trent Henning. This creative approach extends to their catering and bar services as well. “We have a talented staff who will invent themed mix drinks and Chef Valentine Quintana can customize a menu to fit your needs.” Riverside also has a professional mobile bar and kegerator for offsite catering needs.

Henning takes special pride in how well they treat sponsors during tournaments and provide preferred services. These include cart staging, bag drops, preferred score cards, and more. “We tend to set ourselves apart because we take care of sponsors throughout the day from start to finish,” added Henning. Anyone organizing a fundraiser understands the important role sponsors play in their success and will appreciate the special attention Riverside gives them.

High season is typically mid-May through mid-September, so those wanting to secure a tournament date or use of the Pavilion should book now for 2025. However, that advice shouldn’t prevent potential organizers from contacting Riverside as openings do become available or they may be able to creatively accommodate specific event needs.
